Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer shipping to Canadian and USA customers for orders over $125 before taxes. 

For orders under $125 before taxes, we offer a flat rate shipping of $8.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Feel free to proceed with the checkout, and as you go through the process, the shipping rate for your specific region will be displayed.

Where do you ship your orders from?

We ship all orders from Vancouver, Canada.

I am local, can i pick up my order?

Certainly! Please select “Pickup Location” as your shipping method at checkout. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive pickup information via email. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is done, you'll get an email saying your package is on the way. It'll tell you which company is delivering it and give you a tracking number to check where it is. 

The items i ordered are now on sale, can i get a price adjustment?

Unfortunately, we can't provide price adjustments during our sales and promotions. However, if the product you bought gets a price drop within 30 days of your purchase, and it's not part of a sale event, reach out to us at MorganDavinci1996@gmail.com, and we'll take care of it for you!

I hesitate between 2 sizes, which one should I get?

When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size. Our products are designed with a slight oversize fit, unless you prefer an especially roomy look!

Our products are designed in Vancouver, Canada. Our designs are brought to life through collaboration with select overseas manufacturers, all of whom we've meticulously chose. We carefully choose partners based on product quality, craftsmanship, experience, and their overall operational approach. Every product undergoes a thorough review process to guarantee the highest quality standards.
